Tom Haury

Tom brings vision, perspective and direction to this entrepreneurial company. Tom began his real estate career as a broker specializing in site acquisition for new developments. In his impressive career Tom has produced more than 3 million sq ft of commercial property acquisition, construction, leasing and sales, as well as strategic planning, and property management all in California’s Silicon Valley. In 1992 Tom formed Rose Ventures, placing over $150 million into value added commercial real estate investment over a six year period and managing over one million sq ft of office /R&D commercial real estate in Silicon Valley. When Rose Ventures completed its mission six years later, Tom had created a portfolio valued over $500 million. Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado and lives with his family in Los Altos, California.

Chris Haury

Chris is a principal with Haury Properties. He is 39 years old and has been a long time bay area resident. He specializes in office, industrial and transportation in the real estate sector. Chris worked as a supervisor at UPS where he supervised 200 employees. Some of the commercial real estate experience of Chris includes the $120M acquisition of the former Facebook campus in the Stanford Research Park by Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, the renovation of the 14,500 sq ft robotics building at 300 Pioneer Way, Mountain View, the renovation of the 15,000 sq ft multi-tenant industrial building at 970 Terra Bella Avenue, Mountain View, the securing and placement of Kodiak Robotics into the buildings at 1045-1061 Terra Bella Avenue, Mountain View and the renovation of the 25,000 sq ft life science building at 1025 Terra Bella Avenue, Mountain View. Chris enjoys the outdoors including football, skiing and hiking. Chris resides in Pacifica, California.
