Tom Haury

tomhauryTom brings vision, perspective and direction to this entrepreneurial company. Tom began his real estate career as a broker specializing in site acquisition for new developments. In his impressive career Tom has produced more than 3 million sq ft of commercial property acquisition, construction, leasing and sales, as well as strategic planning, and property management all in California’s Silicon Valley. In 1992 Tom formed Rose Ventures, placing over $150 million into value added commercial real estate investment over a six year period and managing over one million sq ft of office /R&D commercial real estate in Silicon Valley. When Rose Ventures completed its mission six years later, Tom had created a portfolio valued over $500 million. Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado and lives with his family in Los Altos, California.

 

Michael Rider

mock-m.rider-coatandtieMike provides the company with a steady financial hand. He has spent the last 20 years of his career working in Silicon Valley real estate. Mike most recently served as director and Chief Executive Officer of BellaVista Capital, a Palo Alto based real estate investment fund, financing $85 million in value added projects. In 1999 he co-founded Primecore Mortgage Trust, a $250 million public real estate investment trust based in Menlo Park, California where he served as director and Chief Financial Officer until 2004. Between 1991 and 1999 Mike was controller, then Chief Financial Officer for The Plymouth Group, a Mountain View real estate development company. From 1986 to 1990 Mike was a senior consultant with Kenneth Leventhal & Company, a national firm specializing in real estate accounting and advisory services. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Urban Land Institute. Mike received his bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business from the University of California Los Angeles and lives with his family in Palo Alto, California.

 

Ed Haury

edhaury2Ed Haury began his commercial real estate career in Denver, Colorado as head of industrial leasing with The Welbourne Development Company in the late 1970s after graduating from Regis College with a degree in accounting.  After moving to the Silicon Valley in the early 1980s, he founded and served as president of International CopyStar, Inc., an electronics company engaged in photocopy equipment innovations. After selling his interest in International CopyStar in 1992, he entered the Silicon Valley commercial real estate market as an investor in industrial and office properties.  He has bought and sold over $50 million in commercial properties.  He currently has interests in the Silicon Valley and Sonoma, California.  Over the past 15 years, he has formed Seton Hill, L.P., Sonoma Capital Ventures I and Sonoma Capital Ventures II, SREC, L.P., all of which hold partnership interests for his real estate investments.

 

Stephen Hughes

stephenhughesStephen Hughes has ten years experience in the residential and commercial real estate market. In 2004 he formed his own development company focusing in smaller lot sub-divisions and smaller lot commercial building where he successfully completed over $25M in development. Stephen started his career in investment banking and corporate finance with N.M. Rothschild & Sons and has a BA in Economics and an MBA from Groupe HEC.
