This dramatic building designed by Dennis Kobza and Associates, features a contemporary two story exterior of treated aggregate accented with polished aluminum canopies. Additional amenities include thermal reflective glass areas and multiple 2nd floor balconies, surrounded by crushed granite pathways in a beautiful creek-side setting.

The contemporary interior features a classic California style, inclusive of eucalyptus and maple woods, polished stainless steel and state of the art telecommunication equipment.
