One South Market is a project  in transition. Haury Properties commissioned the internationally renowned architects Skidmore Owings and Merrill to develop architectural  plans and schematics for a Class "A" office building. The architectural massing issues were instrumental in providing prospective buyers with an analysis of what could be developed on the One South Market site. This site is presently in escrow.
