Tom brings vision, perspective and direction to this entrepreneurial Northern California based Development Company, focusing in Class “A” Office and Research and Development space. His 25 years in the commercial real estate industry have included over three million square feet of demonstrated expertise in commercial property construction, leasing and sales, site acquisition and build-to-suit situations, negotiations, strategic planning, as well as construction and property management.

Tom graduated from Colorado State University with a BS degree in Marketing. He has been married for
23 years, the father of four boys, and active in his community. Tom is a frequent supporter of the I Think I Can Foundation, the Special Olympics, Silicon Valley Charity Ball, Catholic Charities and the Sacred Heart Community Center.

Mike Welsh
joined Haury Properties in 2003. He has spent
30 years in semiconductor and software
businesses, in a variety of marketing and
sales management roles. Mike's interest in
construction and business development
prompted him to make the transition to
commercial real estate investment and
redevelopment. |

Mr. Welsh is a
highly motivated and goal oriented
professional with a successful track record
in sales and project management, with many
years of experience as an innovative problem
solver. Mike has been recognized for
exceptional discovery and solution skills as
well as the ability to formulate strategic
plans, initiate change and implement new
processes. He also has extensive exposure to
identifying client needs, overcoming
obstacles and generating new business
opportunities. |

Mike's primary
responsibilities are business development,
project management and profit optimization.
His connection to Bay Area industries enables
him to understand the variables that drive
our local economy. Also paralleling that
effort, he will stay on top of the local
commercial real estate markets in order to
match up needs with resources. Working off
the strengths of his skill set, Mike finds
opportunities and implements creative
solutions. He will ensure that our clients,
vendors, architects, contractors and
municipalities are all satisfied in the
projects they are involved in. |

Personally,
Mike is married, with a grown daughter, and
two teenage sons. He lives in Los Altos and
is very involved as a volunteer with the Boy
Scouts, youth baseball, St. Simon Parish, St.
Francis High School and the American Legion.
After serving in the United States Marine
Corps in the late sixties, he got his
Bachelors of Science Degree in Business
Administration with a concentration in
International Business at San Jose State
University.

Barbara brings unique problem solving abilities and excellent organizational skills to Haury Properties. Her 11 years in the commercial real estate industry have included managing the Haury Properties portfolio along with property renovation and redevelopment. Her expertise was aptly demonstrated in the renovation of the historic Metropole building in downtown San Jose. Upon completion of the project Haury Properties received the Golden Nail Award from the San Jose Downtown Association for extraordinary efforts in contributing to downtown San Jose’s character.

Barbara maintains excellent relationships with tenants and investor groups, keeping them informed on all accounting and financial matters concerning each partnership. She is actively involved in the business community, maintaining working relationships with other professionals in her field. |

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare and Psychology from San Francisco College for Women. She is married and is the mother of a son and daughter and an active community volunteer serving on local school and church boards.
