This property was purchased in 1997. An exterior and interior renovation was planned for the building with the intent to lease it upon completion.
The building was constructed in 1975 and required modernization. We designed and built a new façade on the building, that provided relief to a structure, that had previously presented a very box like appearance.

The new facade allowed us to add four distinct colors to the building where before there were only two. The new compliment of colors added life to the exterior of a formerly unattractive project.
The interiors of the building were dated since the previous tenant had occupied the premises for the past ten years with no significant changes, during their tenure. Interior additions included two lunch/break rooms, two new conferences rooms, new carpet, attractive new colors with accents to the interior paint scheme and a modernization of the restroom cores.
Shoreline is now the new headquarters for Serus Corporation and The Vita Companies.
